God's Gang News from the Xstream God
When we pray we should praise God! God is amazing and wonderful and we should not forget that. He never chnages. Praising God always makes you feel better about everything! Read Psalm 72:15 (read the whole Psalm, it's great!)

Graduation Sunday - 20th July
As this academic year finishes, we want to celebrate with all the children who have been attending God's Gang regularly over the past year. On Graduation Sunday we will be awarding certificates in church for those who are going up from one age group to the next one. Later in God's Gang all the regular attenders will receive a certificate of Attendance, as well as enjoying a party and celebration with food for their achievements.

A Big Thank You
On behalf of the church I would like to thank all the volunteers involved in the children and youth work over the past academic year. Whether you help regularly, or occassionally, in God's Gang, Kool Krowd, Delta Plus or Parent and Toddlers, we really appreciate your support and commitment. Without your help we would not have such a vibrant ministry to young people. John Radcliffe, Director of Children and Youth.

10 Teenage Tips - Number 4 - Integrity
Be open and honest with your teenagers. Don't forget you expect the same from them! Sharing life stories is important to maturity and even if we have made mistakes share those too! Young people see us as human when we share the good things and the not so good. Sharing stories from childhood gives you a sense of common reference. It takes you off the domineering pedestal and brings you down to earth. That's a good place to meet!

Is God calling you to reach out with your musical talents to a place when you could make a real difference? St George's Church on the Mildenhall Road Estate (Bury St Edmunds) is in desperate need of a pianist or organist to it's weekly 9.30am service of Holy Communion. If you could help out once or twice a month we would love to hear from you. St George's is a friendly and welcoming community church. For further information, please contact Revd Paul Webb.
